6 H' h1 W) C( |演讲在美国是一项非常重要的技能,在生活里、工作中所接触的老外,无一不是能出口成章、侃侃而谈,咱们华人也真是自叹不如。演讲是一门技术活,这里面要考验人的逻辑思维、语言表达、肢体语言、反应速度、情绪控制等等多方面的指标,演讲能力的训练不是一两天就能一蹴而成的,而是需要长时间的锻炼和积累。如果问孩子什么时候可以进行演讲训练,我的建议是越早越好,早在憨憨上pre-school的时候,学校里面就开始有意识的培养孩子们念诗歌、当众演讲了,如今憨憨已经一年级,他们学校更是每周布置一个演讲主题,让父母帮助孩子事先准备,然后孩子在班级里表演,最后由老师打分,并且将评分表让孩子带回给家长。! [$ {4 ?/ z# Q% v
上图就是憨憨其中一张演讲评分表,老师给孩子的演讲列了若干个评分标准,非常细致,其中分为CONTENT(内容方面)和PRESENTATION(演讲方面)两个类别。【内容方面】(1)主题表达方面。分为三个标准,分别是:
  • 主题表达清晰
  • 稍微有些偏题
  • 演讲过程中需要提示' f4 z' x5 u' H) j9 w2 ]
(2)是否有介绍?(3)是否有总结?(4)主题思想和感受是否表达清楚?【演讲方面】(1)眼神控制方面。分为三个标准,分别是:
  • 眼神能很好和观众交流
  • 眼神只是停留在一两个观众身上
  • 以及眼神朝着地面没有面向观众

(2)姿态方面。分为三个标准,分别是:
  • 面朝观众,站姿挺拔
  • 脚没有站直,而是在晃动
  • 身姿没有保持挺拔* K2 J( {d$ Z1 }9 }
(3)声音方面。分为三个标准,分别是:
  • 声音很清晰,富有感情
  • 声音不是很大,远处的观众听不大清
  • 声音很小,很难听懂, y6 D) J) i( [7 \4 t0 e[1 x: J8 K5 C
